Miss Williams- 1st Grade Central

Hello! Welcome to Miss Williams' class page. I am very excited to spend time with your child this 2021-22 school year. I know and understand this school year will look a little different and can cause some stress and anxiety. I want you to know, I am here for you to work as a team so your child gets the best 1st grade experience. 

 

I grew up in a small down between Hastings and GI called Doniphan. After high school I went on to get my degree in Early Childhood and Elem Education at UNK. I received my Masters at Doane in Curriculum and Instruction and then continued to get my Reading Specialist. Clearly I love school! This school years marks 11 years teaching for me. I have taught in Houston, TX, Grand Island, and going into my 6th year at Central. My first 5 years of teaching I taught Kindergarten. 

 

Something I do/enjoy: Working on home projects, spending time with family and friends, going to my bible study, audio books, hanging out at coffee shops, traveling and trying new food, going to the lake, and of course hanging out with my 2 dogs- Charlie and Lexie.
