2:17 Central Elementary ESEA Distinguished School Video

We are delighted to share that eight of our dedicated staff members will be traveling to Austin, TX to receive the prestigious ESEA Distinguished School Award. This award is given to schools that demonstrate exceptional student performance and outstanding academic growth.

Central Elementary is proud to be one of only two schools in Nebraska, and one of just sixty-nine schools nationwide, to earn this esteemed recognition.

A special video, created by Kearney High School Media Productions teacher Robert Goff and his talented students, will be showcased at the convention. We extend our heartfelt thanks to KHS Senior Ayden Schaffnitt for dedicating his time at Central Elementary to gather and produce media content. The video beautifully highlights our school and the incredible efforts made by our students and staff to achieve remarkable academic success.
