The KPS Facilities Department is committed to providing quality maintenance and operational support to all organizations and buildings of the Kearney Public School District. The staff is committed to a service approach to maintenance facilities and operational support with the timeliest response consistent with staffing, workload, and quality. Facilities Management views each school, organization and department as a valued customer, and is committed to continue to provide the best service possible.

REQUEST A KPS FACILITY FOR COMMUNITY USAGE

Please note: A minimum of 2-week notice is required for any facility request.

• KPS facilities are unavailable before 4:00 pm on school days for outside (Class 2) activities. 
• On non-school days the facilities are available from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm for outside (Class 2) activities. 
• Schools are closed on holidays and during the NSAA 5-day moratorium. 

Kearney Public School District uses a calendar-based system called 'Community Use' to submit facility rental requests for non-KPS events.  Please follow the prompts to Request Access and then Submit a Request to the Community Use system.
